Aim of this work is optical design of imaging spectrograph with high resolution which is used for Raman's spectroscopy and work in range of wavelength 205 – 273 nm. Combination of mirrors and lenses systems is used in design. Between these two systems is diffraction grating with dispersive prism. Mirrors and one lens have an aspheric surface because of minimal aberration. Modulation transfer function of final design have to have at least 40% for main wavelengths and frequency of 40 cycles/mm. We prepare realization of the spectrograph currently.
