Thermo-optical detection of surface plasmon resonance

Introduction to a methode for surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy using a micromachined thermal sensor. Surface plasmon resonance is detected by measuring the dissipated energy of the surface plasmon wich causes a temperature increase.
