Lensless coherent imaging by multi-plane interference detection
- Leibniz-Institut für Photonische Technologien e.V.
We discuss the acquisition of an image of a coherently or partly coherently illuminated object by evaluation of self-interference patterns of the object. The interference patterns are detected in a set of planes above the object (5 µm .. 200 µm). The presented technique includes the reconstruction of the complex amplitude. First experimental results are given.
